Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using My Pet Assistant (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

My Pet Assistant is a pet care management application that helps users track their pets’ health records, set reminders, and access care tips. The App is provided by Bug Code Studio.

User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • One person may not maintain more than one account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality
  • Upload malicious content or code
  • Use the App to harm others

Medical Disclaimer

The App is intended for informational and organizational purposes only. It does not provide veterinary medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for your pet’s health concerns.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Bug Code Studio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

  • You retain ownership of the data you enter into the App
  • You grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the service
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App or by contacting us.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
