How to Delete Your Account
- Open My Pet Assistant and go to Profile
- Select 'Delete Account'
- Confirm your identity by entering your password
- Tap 'Permanently Delete Account' to confirm
Data Retention
After you request account deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

You can request the deletion of your My Pet Assistant account and all associated data at any time.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your account profile information (name, email)
- All pet profiles and health records
- Vaccination and medication history
- Appointment reminders and schedules
- App preferences and settings
What Data Will Be Retained
For legal and operational purposes, we may retain:
- Transaction records (if you had a premium subscription) for up to 5 years as required by tax regulations
- Anonymized, aggregated usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you
Deletion Timeline
After you confirm account deletion:
- Your account will be immediately deactivated
- All personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
- You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete
Alternative: Request Deletion via Email
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to support@bugcodestudio.com from the email address associated with your account. Include “Account Deletion Request” in the subject line.
We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm via email.
Important Notes
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- Make sure to export any data you wish to keep before deleting your account
- If you have an active premium subscription, please cancel it before deleting your account to avoid further charges
