Is My Pet Assistant free to use?
Yes, the core features are free. We offer a premium subscription for advanced features like unlimited pet profiles and detailed health analytics.
Do I need to create an account?
Yes, an account is required to use My Pet Assistant. We use your email and password to securely identify you and keep your pet data accessible only to you.
What types of pets are supported?
My Pet Assistant supports dogs, cats, birds, fish, rabbits, hamsters, and other common household pets. Each pet type has breed-specific care recommendations.
Is my data secure?
Your data is stored on Supabase servers with Row Level Security (RLS) enabled, meaning only you can access your own data. Communication between the app and servers is encrypted via HTTPS. However, data is not end-to-end encrypted on the server side.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile > Delete Account, or visit our account deletion page at bugcodestudio.com/en/mypetassistant/delete-account for more information.
